We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, diagnose hardware/software issues, and support end-users across multiple locations. The role involves troubleshooting Windows and Mac systems, resolving connectivity issues, and assisting with IT security measures.

- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support
- Diagnose and resolve software, network, and hardware issues
- Maintain IT inventory and manage system updates
- Assist with cybersecurity and access control management

- 2+ years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, and Linux
